These Terms of Service govern your use of domainerexpo.com and your attendance at Domainer Expo events. By using our website or registering for the Event, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for the Event or use our services.

2. Registration and Tickets

  • All registrations are subject to availability.
  • In-person tickets are limited to 50 seats, sold first-come, first-served.
  • Tickets are non-transferable without our prior written consent.
  • Free virtual registration grants live access and standard recordings.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

  • In-person ticket refunds are available until 30 days before the Event.
  • Within 30 days, tickets are non-refundable but transferable with our approval.
  • If we cancel the Event, you receive a full refund.
  • We are not responsible for travel, lodging, or related costs.

4. Code of Conduct

By attending you agree to:

  • Treat all attendees, speakers, and staff with respect
  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
  • Not record or distribute sessions without permission
  • Comply with venue rules

We reserve the right to remove anyone violating this Code of Conduct without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All Event content is owned by Domainer Expo or our speakers/partners.
  • Attendees may share content with attribution but may not commercially redistribute.
  • By attending, you grant us permission to use photos and recordings of the Event for promotional purposes.
  • You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use it.

6. Sponsor Relationships

Sponsors are independent entities. We are not responsible for sponsor offers, products, or services. Sponsor information shared with attendees is governed by the sponsor's own privacy policy.

7. Disclaimers

  • The Event and website are provided "as is" without warranties.
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes, returns, or results from attending.
  • Information shared is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
  • Domain investing involves risk; past performance is not indicative of future results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket (or zero for free registrations). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including losses from travel disruptions, technical issues, or sponsor interactions.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of our services or attendance at the Event.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice.
