Terms of Service

Effective date: June 30, 2026

1. Eligibility

By registering for DomainerExpo 2026, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. Registration is open to individuals and companies in the domain name industry and adjacent fields.

2. Registration

Virtual registration is free and grants access to the live-streamed sessions and session recordings. In-person attendance requires an approved application and payment of the applicable fee to confirm your seat. Completion of the registration form does not guarantee an in-person seat until payment is received and seat is confirmed by our team. In-person seats are limited to 50 total.

3. Refunds

Virtual passes are free and non-refundable (no charge was made). In-person seat reservations are non-refundable within 30 days of the event (November 3, 2026). Before that date, refunds may be requested by emailing team@domainerexpo.com. We reserve the right to cancel the in-person event due to circumstances beyond our control; in such cases, in-person attendees will receive a full refund.

4. Code of Conduct

All attendees, speakers, and sponsors must maintain professional conduct at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event without refund. This applies to both in-person and virtual attendees in live chat and Q&A interactions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content presented at DomainerExpo 2026 (including session recordings made available to registered attendees) is owned by the respective speakers and organizers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any session content without prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial notes and summaries for your own use are permitted.

6. Sponsors

Sponsors participate in DomainerExpo as independent parties and their participation does not constitute endorsement of their products or services by the organizers. Sponsor content and offers are the sole responsibility of the respective sponsors.

7. Disclaimers

DomainerExpo is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of information presented at the event. Nothing presented at DomainerExpo constitutes legal, financial, or investment advice. Attendees are solely responsible for their own investment and business decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DomainerExpo and its organizers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your participation in the event. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to register for the event.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DomainerExpo, its organizers, staff, and volunteers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your conduct at the event.
