1. Information We Collect

When you register for DomainerExpo 2026 or contact us, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. If you apply for an in-person seat, we also collect registration type preference. If you complete a Stripe payment, Stripe collects payment details directly under their own privacy policy. We do not store card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: send you event access details (livestream links, venue information); confirm your registration; communicate important event updates; process in-person seat reservations; and respond to your inquiries. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Information Sharing

We share your information only with: (a) Web3Forms, our form submission processor; (b) Stripe, our payment processor, for in-person registrations; (c) our event organizers and staff who need it to run the event; and (d) law enforcement or government authorities when required by law. We do not share your data with sponsors or third-party marketers without your consent.

4. Data Retention

We retain your registration information for up to 3 years after the event for record-keeping and future event notification purposes, unless you request deletion earlier.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; opt out of marketing communications at any time; and receive a copy of your data in a portable format. 6. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of their personal information, and opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your CCPA rights, contact us at team@domainerexpo.com.

7. GDPR (EEA Residents)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, our legal basis for processing your data is your consent (given at registration) and our legitimate interest in operating the event. 8. Children's Privacy

DomainerExpo is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

9. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including HTTPS encryption and secure form handling. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Third-Party Services

Our site uses: Web3Forms for form processing (subject to their privacy policy); Stripe for payment processing (subject to Stripe's privacy policy); and Vimeo for video hosting. Each of these services has its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered attendees of material changes by email. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent update. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
